Fast Filtered Lists

Description

Extend the available filter methods in item, container, context, and organizational unit handler to support fast retrieval of large answer sets, while enforcing XACML rules that apply to the objects of the answer set. Additionally, answer sets should be sortable and pageable.

We will follow a two-step approach:

1. fast retrieval of entire objects with applied XACLM policies, sorting, and paging
2. allow metadata elenents to be added as filter criteria
